The main points:

• Payment: We use PAYPAL for all of our transactions, so we don't hold any of your bank details.  Any information held by us is secure and not passed on to any other party.  We hate junk mail too.

• Delivery: We use Royal Mail for all of our delivery services.  All orders are sent via a ‘signed for service’.  Our standard delivery charge is: £ 4.95.  We aim to have your goods to you within 5 working days, upon full receipt of payment ( excludes weekends and public holidays)   We will endeavour to email you as soon as your items have shipped. We only ship to the U.K

• Returns: In the unlikely event you are not happy with your goods; please get in touch straight away and we will do our best to resolve the problem.  In the event that you do wish to return goods, we will issue you with a returns number.  Once you have the returns number, please return the unwanted items unopened and in an original state.  Please indicate the returns number on any correspondence.
   
  We strongly advise that you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service and that any returned items are well protected.  We cannot refund monies on damaged goods.  Note:  We are not liable and will not refund any costs incurred in returning unwanted items.
